After breakfast, leave from Shirdi and proceed to your hotel in Nashik. On the way, visit the famous Trimbakeshwar Temple, one of India’s most sacred temples and one of the 12 most important shrines of Shiva. The waters of the Godavari River flow into the Gangadwar bathing tank, where earthly sins are washed away by bathing pilgrims. You can also try making the 4-hour return hike to the Brahmagiri Hill (at your own expense). Arrive in Nashik in the evening and check-in at the hotel. Rest of the evening is free at leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel in Nashik.
DAY 4
After breakfast, go for a full-day excursion to the city of Nashik. Visit Ramkund, the bathing tank in the heart of Nashik’s old quarters where hundreds of pilgrims arrive daily to bathe and pray. Also visit the Kala Rama Temple which is just a short walk uphill, east of Ramkund. Stay overnight at the hotel in Nashik.
